KARATE ZA DECU

Motorika – razvoj bazičnih motoričkih sposobnosti (snaga, brzina, izdržljivost, gipkost…) putem angažovanja celokupne muskulature u različitim režimima treninga

– Samopouzdanje – razvijamo ga kod deteta postepeno, putem dodele uloga, nastupa i prikaza vežbi pred grupom, kasnije i na takmičenjima i sl.

 – Socijalizacija – negujemo zdrav drugarski odnos uspešno već godinama. Klubska drugarstva su vrlo često dugotrajna, jačaju sa godinama i pružaju deci preko potreban oslonac tokom odrastanjai formiranja ličnosti. Rodtelji koji su se bavili sportom sigurno srećno pamte zajednička putovanja, takmičenja, pesmu u autobusu i OSOBE sa kojima su te trenutke delili.

– Kreativnost – na razne načine deca se podstiču da uvek osmisle nešto novo, najčešće vežbu ili igru. Kakvih tu poteza ima, ne biste poverovali…

– Odgovornost i obaveza – trudimo se da deci trening ne prestavlja obavezu, već ljubav. Medjutim, sami odlasci više puta nedeljno, pakovanja (,,ne zaboravi vodu i razervnu majicu”), uredno slaganje obuće i odeće u svlačionici stavaraju našim vežbačima jedinstvenu pripremu za ozbiljne ovbaveze koje ih u životu čekaju. Priča dodatno dobija na težini na planinarenju, kada ,,zavise sami od sebe” i stvari koje su spakovali.

PERSONALNI TRENINZI

Nekada je to bio bauk, sada navika, redovan deo dana.

Svako pristupa vežbanju iz svojih razloga – zdravstveni, estetski, oslobađanje od stresa
Ukoliko ste u mogućnosti finasijski – ovo je najbrži put do željenog cilja, maksimalna efikasnost i posvećenost trenera NE SAMO NA TRENINGU, već pisanje Vašeg i samo Vašeg programa vežbanja/ishrane.

Ukoliko Vam, ipak, finasije ne dozvoljavaju, što je u današnje vreme više nego razumljivo, na raspolaganju su Vam opcije koje su po svojoj efikasnosti iznad samostalnog vežbanja, prilagođene Vašim karakteristikama i cilju kom težite. To su:

– POLUINDIVIDUALNI trening do 5 vežbača, kada vreme provedeno sa trenerom možete fizički i  finansijski  podeliti sa prijateljima, supružnikom ili drugim klijentim,a istog trenera. *Zahteva organizaciju više osoba u iste vreme, različite su obaveze

– IZRADA INDIVIDUALNOG PROGRAMA VEŽBANJA – nakon testiranja morfoloških i funkcionalnih karakteristika vežbača, pristupa se izradi personalizovanog programa vežbanja/ishrane. Vežbač prolazi prvi ciklus (obično nedeljni) sa trenerom, nakon čega nastavlja sam, uz uputstva i podršku trenera. Novi napredniji program se izrađuje svakih 4-6 nedelja aktivnog vežbanja, kada se rade i kontrolna testiranja i prati napredak.
